Richard Melnick is a Principal of MKZ Capital.  Rich has been in the Executive Benefits business since 2000.  He has served as the Director of National Sales and as an independent consultant for Clark Consulting, a leading administrator of Bank Owned Life Insurance.  Rich's expertise is on the benefit liability funding side, having worked with numerous regional and national financial institutions to fund their qualified and non-qualified benefit liabilities with tax efficient investment vehicles.  Rich also spent 15 years in commercial banking prior to entering the executive benefit market.

Rich holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Michigan State University and a Masters of Management from the J.L. Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University.  Rich currently resides in Wilmette, Illinois with his wife Danae and their four children.

Eric Przybilla is a Principal with MKZ Capital.  Eric has worked in the BOLI and Executive Benefits business since 1999.  As a Consultant at Clark Consulting, he gained experience in the design, financing and implementation of BOLI and client-specific executive benefit plans. Utilizing the most competitive products available, Eric successfully customizes programs to suit his clients' overall objectives.  His prior professional experience includes mutual fund administration and stock brokerage.

Eric holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Minnesota and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Carlson School of Management at The University of Minnesota.  Eric currently resides in Eden Prairie, MN with his wife Jennie and their three children.
